The acting 'Manager' of said 'African-descent' harassed the aggrieved rightful heir to the estate for several minutes after the heir explained exactly why they temporarily stood near the building on their own land. Consequently, the acting 'Manager' continued to behave belligerent and called upon a Caucasian / European woman (believed to have been Kelly L. Wells), who claimed to be the owner for the establishment, UNDERGROUND PUBLIC HOUSE.
