Since the public policy creation of Marsy's Law back in November 2008 [A.D.], the truth about Marsy's Law has reached an eventual disposition of abuse concerning Police / POLICE agencies all over North America. The public policy, disguised as 'Law', was formulated by a Caucasian / European by the name of Henry T. Nicholas III and stemmed from the murder of his sister Marsalee Ann Nicholas back in 1983 [A.D.] by an ex-boyfriend stalker. The public policy was introduced through colonialism in support of Caucasian / European supremacy, in spite of all of the other people who were victims of similar or worse crimes at North America. There are a plethora of untold stories, involving murder of copper-complexion natural people of said 'African-descent' on North American soil. Those very horrendous cases never even received media attention, yet colonizers at North America are very quick to put faces of their fallen naturalized citizens all over the news and media when any sort of tragedy befalls their communities. Some of the worst forms of injustice come from colonial biasness concerning the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans at North America and the Caucasians / Europeans who have been migrating to North America since the 1500s. The migrations increased exponentially when the Treaty of Peace & Friendship between Morocco and United States 1787; 1836 was ratified and effectuated to assist Caucasians / Europeans in building and cultivating their future generations, by only thirteen (13) colonies afforded to them by the Mother Treaty. However, after much fraud and deception by colonialism aggression and hostile commerce industry takeovers that spread throughout North America like uncontrolled wildfires, Caucasians / Europeans began their secret betrayals against the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans at North America. Never in the colonial usurpation and estate escheatment history at North America (since the 1800s), has any Al Moroccan / American been afforded public recognition or international sympathy for being murdered, while being identified In Propria Persona, in total controversy to colonial brands and labels that denationalized them, dehumanized them, and subverted their birth-rights, with prejudice, upon their own land. As colonial circumstances progressed at North America, Caucasians / Europeans, in their Color-of-Law and Color-of-Authority practices all over the land, have found many deceptive and unlawful ways to place themselves in the public spotlight as victims, while protecting themselves from de jure law justice for all of the atrocities and crimes they have been continually committing against aboriginal and indigenous people at North America for centuries. The Marsy's Law dilemma in modern days, has been but a mechanism for colonizers to protect themselves from being fully exposed for their ongoing fraud and racketeering, while having kept themselves in control of North America by military force.

The truth about Marsy's Law has become more evident, since its creation back in November 2008 [A.D.], when colonial body politics banned together to empower Caucasians / Europeans to create public policies disguised as 'Law' at North America. The only true law at North America, is created by upright and competent aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans, whose birth-rights as rightful heirs to the North Gate Estate / North America, have given them the historical political power to Divinely rule upon their lands by Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice. They have inhabited their organic lands for thousands of years and ruled by de jure law for the republic / people, until the Caucasian / European colonizers infiltrated and destroyed their ancient customs traditions and cultures known around the world by isonomi principles. The dark hand of colonialism has drastically reshaped history at North America and caused the ancient bloodline descendants of the Al Moroccans / Americans to be enslaved and fraudulently subjected to misprision of treason abuses that kept them from receiving Justice upon their own lands for over one-hundred fifty (150) years, to date.
Militant colonizing oppressors and persecutors of the aboriginal and indigenous people at North America, have historically cultivated themselves in the ancient laws of the aboriginal confederacies, consisting of Al Moroccans / Americans of said 'African-descent' at North America. Such fraud and deception has long since become the predominant practice of public policies by colonialism at North America, as Caucsians / Europeans at North America have no real sovereignty and cannot create any laws (especially against the rightful heirs to the estate). Therefore, they practice Color-of-Law and Color-of-Authority by military force. And, the front line of defense for their military regimes, have been Police / POLICE feigning as 'Law Enforcement' against the natural people, along with other naturalized citizens who fuel the madness. It has been under such compromised circumstances, how colonizers have created the public policy known as "Marsy's Law".
In the original intention of said Marsy's Law, the creator of the sponsored public policy, Henry T. Nicholas III, sought justice for his murdered sister, Marsalee Ann Nicholas, who was murdered by her ex-boyfriend back in 1983 [A.D.]. Henry T. Nicholas III came from a Federal Reserve Note rich family, as his father, Henry T. Nicholas II, was an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In retribution to his sister's murder, Henry T. Nicholas III devised a political campaign to highlight his sister's murder and pave the way for all Caucasians / Europeans at North America, to receive public recognition for any violent injustice they feel has been committed against them. Consequently, the colonial movement had no intentions of giving proper recognition or justice to aboriginal and indigenous people of said 'African-descent', as there have been many, many injustices and murders committed against copper-complexion natives at North America, who's stories never even reached the media thus they were lost and forgotten by the European diaspora at North America.
After decades of crimes against humanity and acts of genocide committed specifically against Al Moroccans / Americans all over North America, colonizers have devised various forms of abuse of legalese and administrative processes, which have deceptively protected them in their de facto tribunals, feigning as lawful courts, since they began migrating to North America in droves, back in the early 1800s. Marsy's Law has been one of the many public policies created by U.S. corporate body politics persons, calling themselves 'Legislation', alleging to pass laws in protection of the natural people (aboriginal and indigenous) at North America. However, quite the opposite has been done against the natural people. It has been well-known throughout public media, that Police / POLICE persons in several corporate State administration areas, have been using Marsy's Law public policy to protect Police / POLICE employees already practicing Color-of-Law and Color-of-Authority on North American soil. The public policy has been utilized by POLICE DEPARTMENT agencies, foreign barristers (Attorneys), and de facto tribunals [alleged courts], to hide the identities of the commercial mercenary activities of Police / POLICE employees, where corporate State administrations have adopted the Marsy's Law public policy. One of the corporate States where such abuse takes place every day, is the corporate STATE OF FLORIDA, currently still being administered by Ronald Dion DeSantis. Under the corporate STATE OF FLORIDA administration, is the subsidiary corporation CITY OF ORLANDO, administered by John Hugh "Buddy" Dyer, where the corporate CITY OF ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT persons operate, which is administered by Eric Smith [alleged Police said 'Chief'].
Many reports have been made concerning the severe abuses of colonial political privilege, based entirely upon fraud, where CITY OF ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT employees have been injuring and murdering innocent people (or those subjected to fraudulent traffic infractions where no one was really injured). Racketeering has been known to be a prominent practice within the CITY OF ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT agency, due to corrupted political persons financially empowering the military agency to conduct commercial military activities upon the land, mainly against aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans of said 'African-descent', whether they known their lawful status or not. There are still many copper-complexion natives throughout the territory, misidentified as the STATE OF FLORIDA, who have no idea of who they truly are by aboriginal and indigenous origin and status thus corporate colonizers take it upon themselves to abuse the blatant misprision of treason pandemic that still takes place all over North America, especially in Southern corporate State administration areas. The truth about Marsy's Law is but another exposure that will quickly lead to the karmic debt caused by colonialism at North America. Commercial mercenaries will have no choice but to experience the severe penalties and liabilities they've created for themselves and their families, by having participated in fraud, racketeering, crimes against humanity, and blatant acts of genocide against aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans, as well as the small populations of naturalized citizens who have honoured the rightful heirs and remained relatively innocent under the extreme colonial circumstances at North America.
